The Hylands Park Action Group was formed in 2004 as a not for profit organisation.
We aim to make our local park, Hylands,in Hornchurch a pleasant and safer place.
We are governed by a constitution and we are registered as a Civic Society with the Civic Trust.

We aim to:

• Be community led
• Work in partnership with Havering
• Continue to work in the community
